BATHS: BUOY ANTI TYPHOON HURRICANE SYSTEM.
Today the Big Typhoon Haishen touched down in slamming southern Japan. I know there is a way to stop Typhoons. China and Japan needs this idea very badly.
I have several ideas that will strengthen China & Japan overcome many issues.
First I want to explain to you now, is : Removing the Threat or at least reducing the occurrence of Typhoons or Hurricanes that attack Japan every year.
These storms occur because: A typhoon forms when winds blow into areas of the ocean where the water is warm. These winds collect moisture and rise, while colder air moves in below. This creates pressure, which causes the winds to move very quickly. The winds rotate, or spin, around a center called an eye.
I want to encourage the China & Japan Government to create a New Cooperation Corridor that’s purpose is to be for the Engineering of ” Liquid Nitrogen Underwater Grid”, that cools the Ocean Water around Japan so these Typhoons cannot materialize. The other option is Puron or Tetrafluoroethane. All do not contaminate the water, or air.

This idea is a very good plan of action, which essentially will save China and Japan Billions of dollars in the long term from the damage these Typhoons do to the Land areas in China & Japan.
I want to introduce you this idea, no one has thought of doing before, and help coordinate and assist where I can to help you provide this for Japan, so to stop the threat of Typhoons always coming upon Japan.
