China and Hong Kong Fake Asylum Law, along with other Laws they claim to have; but don't follow.
When I asked to file for Asylum in China. They said they didn't have Asylum in China. Another lie, like the many they spew. They have a Law, but don't follow it, especially on people they just robbed, assaulted, and Illegally arrested.
China likes the US to send their own Chinese to, but to accept a White guy to China, who doesn't advocate anyone to live and work in the U.S. , because they are Terrorists, forget it!

How does Hong Kong therefore claim to have a Nonrefoulement Program when everyone is constantly denied?
● Hong Kong does not grant asylum as it is not a signatory to the 1951 UN Refugee Convention. But it maintains a policy of non-refoulement, the assurance that asylum seekers will not be sent back to a country where they may be persecuted or tortured.
More like Hong Kong Government contributes to the Torture and Falseness, putting people through the mental agony they will be sent back to Hell where they came from.

● Hong Kong government is involved in public works projects, healthcare, education, and social welfare spending. Further, although rates of taxation on personal and corporate income are low by international standards, unlike most other countries Hong Kong's government raises a significant portion of its revenues from land leases and land taxation.
● All land in Hong Kong is owned by the government and is leased to private developers and users on fixed terms, for fees which are paid to the state treasury.
● By restricting the sale of land leases, the Hong Kong government keeps the price of land at artificially high prices and this allows the government to support public spending with a low tax rate on income and profit. And then they complain about high inflated Housing prices.
They should follow this Bank Management Plan.

I'm in Hong Kong not of my choosing, but here because China Government stole my house, sending me here claiming Hong Kong will renew my Visa, and didn't.
● Not only that I was assaulted and my personal belongings stolen by Tseung KwanO Police Department and Chu Sum Yan, thrown into destitution in Mong Kok Park later being assaulted again by Riot Thugs telling them to stop destroying property, then later again arrested claiming I overstay my Visa when I didn't, because they lock down the borders because of the Covid Virus, that I know was created by the United States of Terror, I renounced my Citizenship from in 2001.
The U.S. Trump thugs paying XiJinPing and Carrie Lam millions of dollars to create the Covid Virus in Wuhan Virology Biolab.
To use the Virus to stop the Riots in Hong Kong, and use the Virus for the US to coverup and end the Asbestos Lawsuits against them, because they used Asbestos in the WTC.
