Hong Kong Legal Aid Reform Needs to Have Insurance Based Funding.
Here is what the issues are in concern to who gets Legal Aid, and how it’s not being PAID.
And so is the real reason Legal Aid is denied, because they have no funds to help anyone.
But they won’t tell anyone this. They try to claim you are some wack job crazy person, with no case to begin with.

The major problem is when you are up against the Government who breaks their own Laws, that affects you, they decline Legal Aid to the injured, robbed, jailed, assaulted, even to the point of not allowing them, such as myself to work to make money.
I’m telling you…Hong Kong and China Government have no Laws or Court System. They are big time Liars, Thieves, Thugs, and Terrorists.
This is also the case with the United States of Terror, who orchestrated the 911inside job in NYC that I personally saw happen that day.
They are Criminals who control the Government.
I ask you, why no Judges or Lawyers will take out a Lawsuit against any leaders in the Government ? Even knowing they broke and break the Law all the time.
This is my CASE the China and Hong Kong Government refuse me Legal Aid, denying me because it is about the Crimes they created and did to me.
According to LAD they are in a state of Gridlock that has been going on for quite sometime now since 2010.

The Legal Aid Directors name is Mr. Chris Chong Yan-tung.
And they never tell his name in any of the documents presented to my case, as you can see in the above letter.

And things are so bad there, when I was told I had 14 days to Appeal the Denial of my Legal Aid.
But in reality only had 7 days because for some unknown reason it took a week for their denial letter to reach me.
To then go there to file my Appeal, with them handing me my documents, that included someone else’s paperwork.
Several hours later calling, telling me to return to their office because they made a mistake.
Yeah, they made a mistake in giving me someone else’s paperwork, named Madam Kamrunnahar MST.
I wonder why people are so incompetent ?
■ So I ask you why there are no Insurance Funds that covers legal Aid Department Costs?
They have Medical Insurance, and Auto Insurance. But no Legal Insurance ? All the Banks and Corporations here in Hong Kong and no Legal Insurance ?
●Seems to me if the MTR Corporation and China Speed Train Corporation which was my idea to begin with, alotted 1 hkd. per days trip to be part of the Legal Aid Insurance Fund, everyone would be covered.
I do not understand why people especially in Government break the Laws, then do everything they can to cover it up.?
This includes the Government denying Court Trials against them. This is very apparent in the U.S.A.
I discovered it happens in China and Hong Kong as well. And shocks me to why Hong Kong and China allow U.S. money influence to direct their Lives.

Dear Mr. Lau Yip-Wang,
This was reported in June 2020 because I want my belongings that are in Mr. Chu Sum Yan Apartment 6/33Floor Wo Ming Court in Hang Hau.
Assault and Theft Charges file number is at the bottom of photo.
Then the Police~ didn't want me~ to go to the Police Station at Po Lam.
I was invited to live there by him, having known him since 2012 when I met my dear friend Winnie Kwok, and her daughter Leia. They both lived there as well.
I discover the reason he had Winnie and her daughter there, was because he was infatuated and seducing her daughter, undressing in front of her without closing his door, and giving her money all the time, behind her mother's back. When she was in the kitchen or bathroom sneak into the room, or hand her money at the table, both knowing her mother doesn't know.
He was always getting into arguments with Winnie, to the point of assaulting her, and I was fortunate enough to be there to stop him.
I reported this to the building Security, but they did nothing. The 4th time it happen, I stopped him again, except this time he assaulted me.
I requested him to go downstairs to see Security. I would not allow him to call Police, and took his phone until we went downstairs and gave the phone to the Security at Wo Ming Court.
The issue was at the time, Police are around Rioters all the time, and more likely to contract the Covid Virus, and calling the Police will result in bringing the Covid Virus into the building at Wo Ming Court and contaminate not only us but the entire building. I was preventing the spread of the virus.
Unfortunately they called the Police. They came and took a lengthy report. I believe this is around the date of March 27, 2020.

They made Winnie her daughter and myself leave. They would not allow me take my stuff, claiming to come back later. The same with Winnie, who has all her belongings inside as well.
We had no place to go. Forced to stay in the Park. I had no money and they would not allow me to work to earn money.
Hong Kong Police support Chu Sum Yan who assaulted Winnie and I, kick us out into the streets, during the Riots and Covid 19 Virus Pandemic, not allow us to take our stuff. And forcefully making us leave after living there many years, and giving no Eviction Notice, including no time to find a place to move to.
The reason I am in Hong Kong is because China Government stole my house in Nanning Guangxi. They would not renew my Visa claiming I needed to come to Hong Kong to renew it, to discover they would not, and upon trying to return to Nanning, China Immigration refuse me entry. So I was trapped in Hong Kong.
Why am I in Nanning China? Seeking Citizenship to China from the United States of Terror. I personally saw the 911inside job happen that day losing my job. The US government are Terrorists and murdered 3000 Americans that day, so they could lie about who did it, and wage War against Countries who have large Oil and Gas Reserves.
The U.S. Government are Liars, Fraudsters and Terrorists. I refuse to return to the U.S., and renounced my citizenship.
I later met Winnie, when I was trapped in the Park at Wan Chai Immigration. Across the Street was a Mormon Church, and I told the Mormon Church Security Guard what happened. He later introduce me to Winnie and she has been my dearest friend ever since.

When I inquired to get my stuff I called Mr.ChuSumYan to have him claim he threw my stuff out in the trash, then hung up and blocked his phone,so I can't call him again.
The HK Police have the time and dates of what happened that night, including Wo Ming Court Security.
When I inquired to get my stuff, they are not willing to assist me.
A Detective Li would not call Mr. Chu insisting I come to the Police Headquarters in Po Lam. Again I am not willing to go there, because of the fear in contracting the Covid Virus, because they are around the Public all the time.
I stay away from Police, and Hospitals, because these places are more likely to have the Covid Virus, no different than Restaurants and Bars, that I also never go into.
Mr. Chu Sum Yan throwing out my stuff without giving me the opportunity to get them is theft.
And therefore also file Assault and Theft Charges against him.
I had two suitcases, with my clothes and briefcase inside, that held my life papers, photos, work contracts, University Diplomas, My Honorary Citizenship Award of Nanning Guangxi, bank loan statements, and sentimental items. These suitcases were locked.
I do not believe he threw them out, without breaking the locks to see what is inside.
