I want to explain to you the real "Solution" to the Housing Problem. I call it The Real Economic Plan.

If we don't have a new way to Finance Real Estate it is inevitable all countries will end up like Greece, "Bankrupt." All countries are so far in debt, that they are headed for the same place Greece is. "BROKE." The World Markets cannot go on flipping homes. In other words buy up Real Estate for the sake of jacking up the price to sell again to make money. And cannot think just because your Country like China or Russia disengages from the Western Bank System will solve their problem, will not solve their problem because they merely setup a similar Banking System that they control, will also fail. They need to approach and Finance Real Estate according to how I explain.
This should be a very clear signal that Greece the Country who literally began Democracy is not Democracy whatsoever, given it too is controlled by the Criminal Federal Reserve Bank.

They don't have to wait 30 years. to collect their interest on the Loan.
They get it very quickly.
So Banks get the return of their money more quickly, giving them more capital for investment purposes to make more money.
Upon 1 year goes by, I get another Loan including the Interest from the 2nd Bank to pay the First Bank.
And I pay the 2nd Bank back the same way, in 12 months.
Then I go back to the First Bank to take out a loan again, because I have very good credit.
And will pay them back in Full including interest in 12 months. I keep doing this until I die.
I will not sell the property.
Included in the Loan is a Life Insurance Policy, that covers the loan and the interest.
Upon my death or if Jesus comes and saves me, the Life Policy pays off the Loan with interest to the Bank.
Once the Loan is paid, the property is mine and is left to my Beneficiary per my Will and Estate. Which will be the Church.
This is a very legitimate way to acquire and do Home and House Financing for other people.
Ask yourself: Why should a Bank or Lender be stuck with your loan for 30 yrs? Why not allow to have a loan refinanced every year, by another Bank or Lender? This would be good for the Financial Industry.
This will work for any purchase of Real Estate Property, such as Personal Residence, Farming or Building via Construction, for Commercial Endeavors.

They are assured Bank Loans that are turned over each year with interest paid, and that interest of the Bank collects is used to pay for the National Debt. and used for Infrastructure Investment in whatever country, or place.
*People are required to have Life Insurance that covers the Loan in the event of an accident or death. And the premiums are paid as well by the Loan.
Life isn't about how much wealth you can acquire. It's about how you manage the money, for quality of life. The REFORM OF THE US MONETARY SYSTEM
What needs to be done:

Banks are -Lying- and -LIARS- by placing Mortgages based on 30 yrs. to buy a house (more or less time) per the basis of a person having a Job. Peoples jobs today are meaningless given today's Technology with Robotics, Self Driving Cars, Artificial Intelligence etc.

And the fact Governments disagree and cause Trade Wars; then major readjustments in Finance must be undertaken.
It's not If; but when people lose their job that they used to qualify for a Mortgage Loan, and can find no other job, they are forced to sell the property before its foreclosed.
And this is when they decide to falsely increase the value of the home, to get more money back from another buyer or that other persons loan, that will end up paying for the house.
Ultimately the new owners will face the same consequences and do the same thing, by selling the home again at an even higher unsubstantiated value.
This Evil Cycle continues until of course the Banks and Financial Systems collapse, as they have done in the US and UK. And housing prices continue to soar going higher and higher based not on reality, but total B.S. and Lies. Hong Kong is caught up in this Evil Cycle.
If Hong Kong doesn’t do something about it, then eventually the entire Housing Financial System will collapse, because everything will come to a dramatic halt, and Houses will never be accepted for their High Price Tag.
This is "How & Why" I want to finance my Home or Farm as my Project, and other people can do this as well .
***There are Lenders who will do this for you, regardless if they use a Bank or not.
You buy a House or Farm with the loan. The loan is due in one year, with one single payment including interest.
You get a second loan to pay the first loan that is due at the end of the year, when the time comes.
Your 2nd loan pays off the 1st loan in the coming year including interest, with one single payment.
When the year goes by with the 2nd loan, you can go back to your first lender and borrow money again from him, to pay the 2nd loan, including interest, or find another Lender.
And that loan follows the same process, as I have explained above. You keep doing this as long as you live. Each year you process and service a new loan, giving you a place to live.
There is no House Equity. Because you are paying loans with loans, but the equity is built up in the Life Insurance you buy to cover the Loan and the Premiums for that Life Insurance are also paid by the Loan.
And because you gain a very good credit rating including paying the interest, the banks will continue giving you the loans, because they make their money.
A Life Insurance Policy, the premiums are also paid from the loan, assures when you finally die, the loan is paid in full in the end.
***This means that when you die the loan is paid, and the Property of the Home goes to your stated Beneficiary such as your family members.***
* The Banks don't lose, you don't go homeless, and not worry about needing a job to make mortgage payments, that is based on the false presumption in today's corrupt Banking System that you will have a job for 30 yrs.

As far as paying for utilities I have The GEM Gods Electricity Machine, that makes pollution free electricity, water, new air and hydrogen gas at zero cost once the machine is made and paid. It needs no outside nature influence to operate. And is why I will use it. And less expensive than Solar and wind power. The machine lasts over a human life time.

My Financial Plan stabilizes my house price.
It is in concern to how the Governments should inform the public on selling and buying homes, and should stop speculation to raising prices on Real Estate based on a whim, based on forced to selling a home because they have lost their job, and can't make the mortgage payments anymore, and don't want to be foreclosed on.
So they increase the price, based on a whim and desire.

Too many people over the years are brainwashed into believing the old Mortgage Equity Dysfunctional Banking System . It is the problem. And always has been.
In fact the old banking system predates the US Civil War, and was the cause and reason Slavery began, which has caused racism for over hundreds of years.
You need to know that the US banking system is collapsing and won’t be Bailed Out again, and is so far in debt it will never be repaid.
People that are indebted today with their current Mortgages will be better off if they refinance their Loans through My Real Economic Plan.
This means the ability to refinance what is still owed, and not selling it by jacking up or increasing the price for no other reason except your greedy whims onto another naïve buyer.
From then on, they are protected, and later if they wish to move to another home, the decision is not based on selling the house they currently are paying on.
A new Loan is processed for the new house based on my Real Economic Plan and the house they are leaving is placed on the Sell List.
The price of that house is put on the Sell List, that can never be raised above its original sales price again, unless improvements are verified. It can only be resold at its original price again.
Therefore a New Buyer will get a new Loan per My Real Economic Plan based on the Original Price of that house, by the first buyer. Essentially it breaks down like this…
First Buyer : buys a house for 3,000,000 hkd. He lives there for 5 yrs, or however long he wants. He wants to live in another house. He doesn’t need to sell his 3,000,000 $hkd house. He will be given a new loan on his new house he wants. Maybe that new house Price is more or less.
It doesn’t matter. He gets the loan and moves out. The 3,000,000 $hkd house he left is put on The Sell List.
Second Buyer: A buyer comes along to buy the house that is on the Sell List the First Buyer moved out from. The Bank provides a new Loan to that buyer for the same price as the First Buyer bought it for at 3,000,000 $hkd.
The 2nd Buyer has the new Loan, and lives in the house for 8 years and he decides to move to another house. Again the same house is put on the Sell List.
The same process occurs with a 3rd buyer. He buys the house that is on the Sell List for 3,000,00 hkd$ under a new loan.
This can go on until the time the building is too old and depreciates and needs to be rebuilt.
The point is: The House maintains it true original value, and the banks have the money to provide to Developers to rebuild, and the process goes on as my Real Economic Plan outlines with any improvements added that are verified to justify and increase to the sales price.
Result is : *Housing prices are stable, *no inflation occurs, *people are able to come and go to buy whatever house and agreement they can agree upon. *Banks remain strong, *Foreclosures are eliminated. *No threat of a Financial Collapse, *No illegal Money Laundering can occur, * because no down payments are accepted or required.
The point is: * keeping Illegal money out of the Real Estate Markets, so they cannot go on manipulating and falsely inflate housing prices and cause the mess that is going on today in Hong Kong. And the rest of the World.

Government needs to give incentives to halt speculations, by assuring the Banks, get their money, and people are not forced into Foreclosure because of War, Covid Pandemics, or disagreements concerning Trade Policy, and Political issues.
Loans should be only allocated per my idea when House Prices are established at their legitimate based price per sq. meter.
To establish the real Price therefore also the Loan, they need to take into consideration the true Building Construction costs and the average of that current rate per sq meter, to the reasonable low rate decided by the less density of people in an area. Of course Building Materials and Quality of Materials and Location are recognized.
In fact the higher number of people in an area would lower the price of homes, because of the negative consequences of so many people, just as the same negative consequences from not enough people in a given area.
So this is how I wish to Finance my Home , because it represents a solid Financial Plan and a Sound Future for myself . And is an example to how other people and the Government can also do.

I am not lying, you know the Banks were bailed out by the US Government who had no money. They weren't bailed out at all. How does a highly indebted Government who can't pay its own debt, bail out failed banks?

The truth of having a home is based on the Bank. This means acquiring a loan. But really is 2 loans.
I take out a loan for 1 yr. or 6 months and make one payment back to the Bank or Lender, with the money I get from another Loan.
The 2nd loan is paid back the same way, and this goes on indefinitely. It is backed up with Life Insurance or L.P.I. (Loan Protection Insurance).
People can buy a home anywhere.
In China they have a problem, with entire Cities of Millions of homes no one living in them yet millions of people in poverty and no home.
China is as corrupt with 64 million empty homes to be exact. China Government is very bad, because they allow the Criminal U.S. Carlysle Group in China, to manipulate China State Owned Company CITIC Group. Carlysle Group are the people who orchestrated the 911inside job.
Economies are based on people who live in a Community. They have a home. It is not about simply having a job, because many of the jobs are based on building the homes. Once the homes are built, the jobs vanish.
So to have a stable Economy means having and using loans available to buy and service the loans.
Why should we argue about what came first, the Chicken or the Egg? or What came first, the Loan or the Equity?
It matters not. What matters is human rights, to live in a home when you're living. When you die, you're not taking anything with you.
Banks can't make money without you!
There are entire Cities built in China, millions of empty houses, because I discover China Government are liars and corrupt.
My Real Economic Plan is "working the loans". I get a loan to pay a loan, to get a loan to pay a loan, and this goes on and on concerning the property.
I care not about the House Equity. I only care about getting the loan and servicing the loan with and for another loan, which improves my credit, and having my Life Insurance to Cover the Loan.
The banks get their money and interest, and that's all the banks really care about. I help the banks, the banks help me have a home to live and service my loans through.
This is not against the law.
I also will have a life Insurance policy to cover the loan in the event God calls me to heaven. And I can sell the house if I want for the Original Price to pay off the Loan.
This is the true Stable Economic Model to Follow, because is backed with Life Insurance per the loan. The banks will not lose their money, no matter what. And people are not thrown out in streets because of Foreclosure. Which should never be such a word.
So the Economic Model is to allow people to have the loans to service the loans, backed with Life Insurance, which assures the banks don't lose their money.
It also assures home prices will not go down. More importantly, that prices are stable, because this stops speculation, and inflating Home Prices.
People can do this, to buy a home, to live. It's not to speculate to sell for higher price. There is no need, when they can get the loan to pay the loan, and so on.
In the end, when it's old, is sold to the Government or Private Sector to be rebuilt and do again.
Politicians cannot blame the people if they have no job, because the Politicians are the very people who ruin the Economic Foundation to begin with. China Ghost Cities are the perfect example.
This Plan will allow people to live in a house, to work in Green Garden areas to grow food. Why should I or anyone be homeless, because of Stupid Politicians? And people who run the Banks, who don't know what they are doing.
I don't worry about my utilities because I make my own Electric and Water supply from my GEM, Gods Electricity Machine. Expenses for food are very very low, I grow my own, and Life Insurance/Medical, Computer access, etc. is paid by food I sell that I grow.
I am a solid guarantee, and no risk to any banking indexes. I have nothing to do with any Stock Market. I am independent from them.
I do not need to travel abroad. And I mind my own business toward God.
I know this will work, and be the measure toward Economic Stability.
The Details to The Lenders:
I am showing reform to spell out The Sound Financial Plan to fund a house I will live in, and do my GEM: Gods Electricity Machine Project,while growing my own food. I will use loans to pay my loans. The interest will be paid no matter what, as long as it is not some crazy figure above 5%.
Note: * Financial Lenders need to agree that customers can pay the loan back in one payment including interest at the end of the year. . per this Real Economic Plan:
Why?
For Example: The Old Way: When I pay you the Lender with another loan, and make monthly payments to you, I have to pay at the same time, your monthly payment, and then the loan I borrowed to pay you each month.
At the end of the year, I won't have enough to pay off your loan, because the money also went to pay the loan I borrowed to pay you . Hope you follow .
The New Way: When I make one payment at one time, the Bank gets all their money with interest, and becomes better to manage.
A house for example: I am looking to buy, at the end of the year the Bank will gain 240,000 hkd from a 2% interest loan on a 12,000,000 hkd loan.
Of course that interest I will pay. And I will have a Life Insurance Policy to cover that and the loan.
A Life Insurance Policy, the premiums are also paid from the loan, assures when you finally die, the loan is paid in full in the end.
***This means that when you die the loan is paid, and the Property of the Home goes to your stated Beneficiary such as your family members.***
Lenders have nothing to worry about, because you have the house as collateral, and backed up with another loan, that is secured with Life Insurance or LPI (Loan Protection Insurance). Housing Prices are not going down in Hong Kong. You won't lose your money.
After I pay you off your loan in 1 year, you will wait 1 year, and then I will apply for another loan from you again for 1 yr. And do the same for the existence of my life, unless I sell the house for the price I paid for it.
You and my other lender will make money from lending to me.

This is not the conventional way to buy a house. It is brand new. People don't know if they will have a job tomorrow, so how can present day mortgages be based on that?
They buy a house to later sell at an inflated price than what they originally paid. This causes inflation, and makes it hard for everyone to live. They have no community roots anymore, because they are forced to move, and society falls apart.
Housing prices constantly go up, and people can't afford, or balance their needs, and the house is foreclosed before it can be sold, and the people are hurt, and end up homeless, and or bankrupt, living in a Park is terrible.
So to be legitimate and have a stable Economic Plan, in my opinion people should use loans to pay loans if they want to buy a house.
And therefore have a Life Insurance Policy Requirement to assure that the money is there in the end time.
Life Insurance needs to be a requirement for the loan.
And the fact the premiums paid on the Life Insurance comes also from the Loan.
There's a reason they say, "Borrow from Peter to pay Paul" Its because both are Holy and Legitimate.

The objective is not to increase Interest rates on loans, in order to keep inflation from happening.
