The reason immigration does not return my Passport and Visa after many times I requested and in writing is because it shows the stamps of entry. Never had I had an ovestay. And by comparing to when Hong Kong lock down the Border because of the Covid Virus, proves they caused my Visa time to expire.
They illegally arrested me, to later have Judge Jason Wen in Sha Tin Magistrates Court dismiss the charges, and not guilty, to then have the Criminal Immigration fear I was going to place charges against them for false arrest. He is who assigned me to the ISS Nonrefoulement Program in Hong Kong.
They had another Judge in Sha Tin named David Cheung, who recharged me with the same offense, and then claim I am Gulity, them using 7~8 Police jump me in the Court Room and throw me on the floor, arresting me again, to steal my Passport.
Assaulting me, thrown in their Psych ward Hospital, being threaten every night for a week by a guard banging the walls with a big stick in the very hot padded cell, they then sent me to Queen Elizabeth Hospital strapped me to a bed for 4 days, not allowed to even use the Toilet. I call that TORTURE.
To later make me stay in their Castle Peak Prison for 3 months, being harassed by other inmates who want to fight me, because they are insane lunatics, and because I am a White guy. The Police and Immigration stole my Passports in the Court that day, to steal the evidence of my stamps in it, that would prosecute them for illegal arrest.
WHY SHOULD I GO TO THEIR INSANE CRIMINAL CASTLE PEAK to report to these Criminals?
●I refuse. They still don't return my Passport. That is called theft. If they decide to cut off my Nonrefoulement benefits, that is also breaking the Law, and is also Torture leaving me in the Streets, with no means and not allowed to work.

Now my Case Manager at ISS states he won't be there today on the 5th. Does this mean he is abandoning me, like Paul To, and Andrew Leung? They don't want to be accused by the Criminal Hong Kong Government for helping me?
