My question is why both Hong Kong and China Government and other Governments should just forgive the Government Debt.

In other words, it no longer exists, and you are no longer encumbered by it?

The idea is the Government prints the money for people to use. They are sent an amount each month.

Inflation is not allowed and banned.

Everyone qualifies for a loan for a house. No one owns property. The Government controls the property.

But the Government cannot kick you out of your home. In other words since no one owns anything in the World the new term is called the

● Asset Benefactor.

Neither the Government nor the occupants of the home can sell the home for more than the amount of the loan, which is based on the cost of materials and labor the Government established.

● In other words no more Real Estate Speculation.

No one can simply buy a house with the intention to jack up the price to later sell for unsubstantiated Profit Claims.

People don't need the money, because the Government already gives it to them.

If they want to move to another house, they turn in their request, and the Government allows them. They can get another loan for another place.

The Government then can sell the home they moved from to another buyer.

Everyone has their own work and career agenda.

The Government sets the Prices based on the Fairness Doctrine.

The idea is to not allow Government to use the money they create to create a Mega Military to murder people, then have this debt being forced to be paid by taxes from the Public.

In the event of disasters, such as Earthquakes, Volcanoes, Tsunami, Fires, Hurricanes, the Government provides the funds to rehabilitate, and its cost is forgiven. Not added as a debt for people to pay in taxes.

People get medical care allowence, that pays for hospital care.

The Government then uses pollution free Electricity, for power, and is no expense to the people. The same with Water, and waste removal.

Buses and cars should be electric or hydrogen gas, for zero Pollution. This also powers speed trains, ships, and air transportation.

Air planes required to have its own Parachutes, and inflatable parts to prevent crashes.

No one can claim to be richer than or poorer than.

No need for Stock Exchanges, buying or selling Bonds. No need for Exchange Rates. No Bitcoin Crypto.

Money reflects the particular Culture, and held at equal values.

How can this not be a good means for the Real Economic Society?

The reason there are problems, is because of the lack of understanding the value to creating a Monetary System that works for everyone.

There wouldn't be Trade Wars, Tariffs, Illegal Drugs, Asylum Refugees, Terrorist, Robbery, Murder, and Hijackings. Etc. No Bitcoin, Crypto, AI, nonsense.
